I even built a cleaning business.
Despite hating cleaning.

That ended exactly how you’d expect: burnout, collapse, and a nervous breakdown that finally forced me to stop pretending my life fit.

That’s where my real work began.

Today, I use EFT, nervous system work, and identity recalibration to help business owners stop bracing inside their own success.
